There is reindeer moss, so-called "live moss", in every room of the apartment, which, also, creates the impression of close and deep contact with nature.

Sea View Moss VIP Apartment includes a beautiful terrace with a front view of the sea. Here you will find two XXL swings with comfortable cushions. There are also rattan, comfortable garden furniture on the terrace. Mesmerising view and comfort make the time spent here unforgettable.
Using the telescope, you can admire fantastic constellations, beautiful ships and sailboats and the Lighthouse, which is perfectly visible from our apartment.
The apartment is located on the fourth floor of a luxury hotel, where, for an additional charge, you will find plenty of additional attractions, such as a restaurant, bar, climbing wall, swimming pool, spa,well-equipped gym and children's club.
The gym needs a little more attention: TechnoGym's professional equipment, separated free weights zone, spinning bike zone, controlled air conditioning and lighting, changing room, the possibility to take part in group activities and workouts with a professional personal trainer and great views during workouts are by far the biggest advantages of this place.
The entrance to the private apartments and elevators are separated from the hotel zone.
The wide, sandy and clean beach in Kołobrzeg is up to 12 km long and 60 to 90 m wide. It has become the pride of the Polish coast; it boasts the Blue Flag - an award given to coastal bathing areas that respect the environment and meet the requirements of cleanliness, safety, water quality, information and infrastructure.
There are plenty of attractions for children too - they can take out excess energy on inflatables, trampolines and slides. Whereas parents can use beach bars located here and there. The safety of bathers is guarded by dozens of lifeguards.
However, the most common destination of Kolobrzeg beach walks is the pier and the mouth of the Parsęta river, where ships enter the ports.Those who don't like walking on the sand can enjoy the sea by walking along the seaside promenade, built on a reinforced dune parallel to the beach.
The undeniable value of the Sea View Moss VIP Apartment is the proximity of the forest that grows by the beach. Long (14 km) cycle path runs through the forest near the shoreline. This path crosses the Eastern Ecopark with fantastic natural views. In our apartment, you can rent stylish bikes and electric scooters. The distance to the Lighthouse (build in 1947) is approx. 3 km.
You can get there on foot, walking along the charming promenade, passing the stunning and beautifully lit pier along the way. Once you get there, you'll find buzzing cafes, restaurants and bars.
