Safety rules concerning coronavirus pandemic (COVID-19)

The safety and satisfaction of our guests is our highest priority. With this in mind, we are constantly monitoring and following changes to the World Health Organisation (WHO) recommendations. Our facility has been awarded the certificate "Hygienically Safe Facility" issued by the Polish Tourist Organization Our concern for health and safety includes:

• Separate entrance and separate elevator to private apartments
• Ozonation of the apartment after the stay of each guest (ozonator available on site)
• Filtration and sterilisation of air with UV(C) (lamp available on site)
• Antibacterial gels available in the apartment for each guest
• Increased precautions and hygiene when cleaning the apartment; room service is conducted with masks and disposable gloves

• During the cleaning, all countertops, door handles, kitchenette equipment, TV remote control and other items used by guests are disinfected
• All employees of the facility are equipped with protective masks, gloves and disinfectants, and have their       temperature measured daily before starting work.
• Countertop in the reception, telephones, payment terminals and other public areas are regularly disinfected
• Disinfectant dispensers are available in public areas, including reception, in front of the restaurant and in front of the elevators
• Surface spraying, consisting in air disinfection with a biocidal agent, is conducted in the spaces accessible to visitors.
