Get to know us better – the Unique Home family 👩‍👩‍👦

This is us: Monika and Dawid – husband and wife in private life, and a professional duo with a passion for creating places where every guest feels special. Our story together began in 1998, and the dream of a joint project grew alongside us. We love the sea, sunsets, nature, travel and good food. These passions led us to decide to open our first apartment, the Sea View Moss VIP Apartment, in Kołobrzeg in 2019. It was our first ‘gem’ – a dream come true that quickly became a way of life. The next step was to create the Sea View Smart & Garden VIP Apartment in Międzyzdroje – a unique place with soul, which opened just before the 2025 summer holidays.
We believe that true hospitality lies in the details – in caring for our guests’ comfort, needs and well-being. We want you to feel at ease, comfortable and simply… at home with us. On this journey, we are accompanied by our son Sebastian, who, with childlike curiosity and a fresh perspective, inspires us to keep developing. He often travels with us, contributing his ideas to our family discussions 😊

👩 Monika
I was born in 1984. I hold a Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering from the Warsaw University of Life Sciences (SGGW) 🌿. I’m usually the first person you’ll come into contact with 🤝 – I answer phone calls 📞, reply to emails 📧, text messages 📱, WhatsApp messages and enquiries on social media 💬. I also make sure that the photos of our apartments 📸 are captivating and capture their unique atmosphere.

👨 Dawid
I was born in 1982. I graduated from the Warsaw University of Technology with a Master of Engineering degree from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, specialising in Automation and Robotics 🤖⚙️. I’m responsible for the technical and marketing aspects of our apartments 📈. SMART HOME 🏡 technology is my passion – I analyse every solution to ensure you enjoy comfort, modernity and unique experiences that you’ll want to repeat 💡🎛️.

🧒 Sebastian
I’m the one who decides which sweets 🍬🍫 our guests get 😊 I also test some of the games 🎮 available in the apartments and suggest which board games and LEGO sets 🧩 are worth adding for the little ones. I’m the children’s voice and I make sure no one gets bored here!
