The apartment is situated on the 4th floor of a building right by the beach, with a front-facing sea view. It measures 30 m². It is most comfortable for a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children. It features a loggia opening out onto the Baltic Sea – a terrace with a table and an XXL swing. The sound of the waves and the sunsets (and sunrises for early risers) are therefore right on your doorstep. It is the only flat in the complex with a spa-style bathroom, relaxing music in the shower and the option to control the colours of the LED lighting.
