Basic questions and safety

Will we be staying in exactly the same flat that we booked?

Yes 😊, you will be staying in the exact apartment you have booked. We guarantee that you will be allocated this specific property, as shown in the photos and as described in the listing. We do our utmost to ensure that every booking fully meets our guests’ expectations.

Can I bring my dog? How much does it cost?

Yes 😊, of course – you’re welcome to bring your dog with you. Pets are welcome, and there’s a charge of 49,- per night for your pet 🐾 We just ask that you let us know in advance that you’ll be bringing your pet, so that we can make the necessary arrangements.

Is there a car park available?

Yes 😊, parking is available for our guests 🚗, but the price depends on the specific apartment. We’ll send you detailed pricing information individually once your booking has been made.

Is there a swimming pool?

Yes, the swimming pool is open! 😊

In Kołobrzeg, there is an additional charge for using the swimming pool – the fee is not included in the price of your stay.

In Międzyzdroje, however, when you book an apartment, you get free access to the swimming pool, sauna and jacuzzi – all included in the price of your stay.

Is breakfast available?

Of course! Here are the details regarding breakfast availability:

In Kołobrzeg and Międzyzdroje, breakfast is available but must be paid for separately – it is not included in the price of your stay.

Are extra beds available?

Of course 😊 In Kołobrzeg, as well as a large, comfortable king-size bed, there is also a fold-out single armchair with a heating function, a travel cot and an extra bed available on request.

In Międzyzdroje, a large, comfortable king-size bed with multimedia facilities, a double corner sofa bed and a travel cot are available on request.

Where can I find extra bed linen?

In Międzyzdroje, extra bed linen is stored in a compartment under the main bed. In Kołobrzeg, the bed linen is folded and waiting on the bed 😊

Towels, bathrobes, toiletries, a hairdryer – will I find all of these in the apartment?

Of course 😊 Our apartments have been carefully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The only exception is that there are no bathrobes in the Kołobrzeg apartment – this is because access to the swimming pool at this property is subject to an additional charge. However, bathrobes are available from the swimming pool reception if you decide to make use of this facility.

Are there any blankets in the flat?

Yes, of course 😊 – there are blankets available in our apartments.

Check-in, check-out and cancellation policy

What are the check-in and check-out times?

In both apartments, check-in is from 3.00 pm and check-out is by 11.00 am. However, there is no set cut-off time for check-in – you are welcome to arrive at any time 😊 We will send you all the details regarding self-check-in before your arrival.

Can I stay in the flat for longer?

Of course, outside the high season, when we have more time to prepare the flat for the next guests, you may extend your stay by 1–2 hours, subject to prior arrangement. Unfortunately, this is not possible during the high season.

Can I check in early?

Outside the peak season, early check-in is possible – just get in touch with us in advance 😊

During the summer season, this option is unfortunately much less common due to high occupancy, but it’s always worth asking – if at all possible, we’ll be happy to accommodate your request.

Can I cancel my booking free of charge?

If a guest cancels their booking at least 10 days before their scheduled arrival, the payment made will be refunded in full (100%).
After this deadline, unfortunately, the amount paid is non-refundable.

Additional services

Is there Wi-Fi in the flat?

Yes, both apartments have fast, free Wi-Fi. We always send the password in our welcome message.

Can I count on support during my stay?

Yes 😊, we’re available by phone and on WhatsApp throughout your stay – we’re here to help in any situation.

Is smoking allowed in the flat?

No, smoking cigarettes and other tobacco products is not permitted in our apartments.

Is it possible to have the room cleaned during my stay?

The price of your stay includes a one-off final clean for our guests.

On request, we can also arrange for additional cleaning of the flat or the replacement of bed linen, towels or bathrobes – these services are available for an additional charge, subject to prior arrangement with us. We’ll be happy to accommodate your needs 😊

Is the flat suitable for families with children, and are there any facilities for children?

Yes, of course 😊 Both apartments have travel cots for children, complete with an extra mattress and bedding, as well as board games, LEGO and a selection of PlayStation games

Is there heating or air conditioning?

Yes, both apartments are equipped with both air conditioning and heating to ensure complete comfort all year round.

In addition, the apartment in Międzyzdroje has a heated terrace, and the bathroom and living area feature underfloor heating, which ensures exceptional comfort, especially on cooler days.

Can you hire bikes or scooters?

Yes, the apartment in Kołobrzeg offers bicycles and electric scooters for guests for an additional charge. In Międzyzdroje, you can use local hire services.

Location and attractions

Are there any shops and restaurants nearby?

Of course 😊 The flat in Międzyzdroje is situated right in the heart of the town, so restaurants, cafés, pubs, bars and numerous seasonal and year-round attractions are literally on your doorstep. It’s the perfect location for both a holiday break and a shorter stay out of season.

In Kołobrzeg, however, guests can enjoy the restaurant located in the same building. There is also a pizzeria in the hotel’s atrium, and during the summer season, food trucks operate right next to the hotel, offering a variety of dishes al fresco – perfect for a quick and tasty meal. The centre of Kołobrzeg is just a few kilometres away, and there you’ll find a wide selection of restaurants, bars and pubs – perfect for both a romantic dinner and an evening out with friends. You can easily get there on foot, by bike or by car.

How far is it to the beach?

In Międzyzdroje, our flat is situated in a building practically right on the beach, which guarantees a unique experience from the very first moments of your stay.

In Kołobrzeg, on the other hand, the beach is just a few steps away.

At both locations, the apartments offer sea views from the seafront, and from the terrace you can admire stunning sunrises and sunsets, which create an unforgettable atmosphere every day.

Are there any other attractions at the venues?

Of course! 😊

There are plenty of attractions awaiting you at our venue in Kołobrzeg:
– a climbing wall
– a playground, entertainment and board games available in the hotel atrium
– seasonal encounters with alpacas and other activities for children

There is also a pizzeria and a bar in the atrium – open daily from 12:00 to 24:00.
Guests can also enjoy a restaurant with an outdoor area, and during the summer season there are food trucks and sun loungers in the green courtyard – the perfect place to relax.

The hotel also offers access to a swimming pool, saunas and a spa area with a wide range of wellness treatments and massages.

What’s the best way to get to the flat?

The apartments are easily accessible by car, train or bus.

In Międzyzdroje, the flat is about a 20-minute walk from the railway station.
In Kołobrzeg, it’s best to take a taxi or use local public transport – the flat is situated in the spa district, right by the beach.

Is the flat suitable for remote working?

Yes, both flats have fast, reliable Wi-Fi and a space to work – a comfortable table, good lighting and a peaceful setting. The perfect conditions for a so-called ‘workation’ 😊
