I’ve just returned from a week’s stay in the flat and can speak of it in nothing but the highest terms. Elegant, superbly equipped and in a perfect location. It’s hard to find a flat that combines a beautiful view from the window, a ‘quiet’ location offering peaceful relaxation, and furnishings thoughtfully designed down to the last detail. A fully equipped kitchenette, a games console, a telescope, atmospheric lighting – all of this ensures your stay is spent in a wonderful atmosphere and means you won’t get bored, even in poor weather. Morning coffee in the swing on the balcony, or starting the day in the tastefully decorated bathroom with invigorating music flowing from the ceiling-mounted speaker – I’d love to incorporate this into my daily ‘rituals’. I highly recommend it!

The perfect place for a couple to relax. A wonderful view of the sea from the window. The flat is well-maintained and packed with multimedia features. You can control the additional lighting from your tablet. Music in the shower creates an amazing atmosphere. The bed is very comfortable. You can watch the ships out at sea through the telescope. And there’s even a cleaning robot. I could stay in that rocking chair forever 🙂 The kitchenette is very well equipped. Thank you so, so much for the welcome treats 🙂

This is the first Smart Home apartment we’ve ever stayed in, and we have to admit – it’s absolutely impressive. Electric curtain controls, a fireplace operated via touchscreens, and various lighting scenes to suit the mood – the ‘wow’ factor is guaranteed. The spa-style bathroom, with colour-changing lighting in the shower and relaxing music, rounded off our perfect stay!!!

Paradise! It had everything we needed, and more. It easily accommodates a family of 2+2 (aged 6 and 2). There was a huge double bed, a travel cot provided by the owners, and a brilliant fold-out armchair – seriously, it was great, with a mattress just like a proper bed, and easy to unfold. A fridge, freezer, kettle, tea, oven, cutlery, plates in various sizes, mugs, cups, bowls, a coffee machine with capsules… unbelievable. Spices, towels, a windbreak, sun loungers… A PlayStation with games, a tablet, LEGO, a TV… A dishwasher and everything you need for it. Even wine glasses and a corkscrew, if anyone fancies or needs them. I could go on and on. It’s very close to the beach, and the neighbourhood is peaceful. The view from the balcony is unforgettable. If anyone’s having second thoughts, don’t worry – once you’ve walked in, had a look around and been ‘swept away by the sea’, all your doubts will vanish. 🙂 Once again, thank you very much for your kindness and hospitality, and for the surprise as soon as we walked in. The kids went wild. It was amazing to see how much care had been taken to ensure the comfort of guests at every turn.

Unique, luxurious, fragrant. A wonderful flat right on the beach. It had everything you could wish for. Modern design, a comfortable bed and a sofa bed. A heated terrace… and a swimming pool overlooking the sea… we’ll definitely be going back there more than once.

A well-equipped, clean flat, a lovely welcome surprise, great attention to detail, and excellent communication with the owner. We stayed in December – I think it’s a brilliant place whatever the time of year. The option to book a space in the underground car park is a great feature.

A wonderful place. A beautiful view of the sea. In case of bad weather, there’s a swimming pool, jacuzzi and saunas on the ground floor of the apartment block. The flat is perfectly designed, well-equipped, modern and elegant. The superb bathroom, with its rain shower, music and changing coloured lighting, ensures relaxation of the highest order.

A high-quality, well-designed flat. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay by the Polish seaside. The value for money is well justified. I recommend it 100%.

Modern décor. Convenient features on the bedside panel – such as the ability to adjust the music or draw the curtains without getting out of bed. Pleasant lighting and music in the bathroom. A stunning view from the balcony. All of this meant that my husband and I both agreed that we’d like to come back here whenever we’re on holiday in Poland.

A wonderful view of the sea from the terrace – the perfect spot for a morning coffee. The flat was clean, well-equipped, modern and elegant, with a very comfortable bed. We appreciated the attention to detail – from the espresso machine and the electric fire to the fully equipped kitchen. In the evenings, we marvelled at the magical sunsets – we’ll definitely be back.

A very comfortable flat, equipped with everything you need; Netflix and PlayStation make for a lovely way to pass the time if the weather’s bad, and the bathroom is beautiful! The sea view… wonderful!!!! We were very pleasantly surprised by the welcome gift. We’ll definitely be back here! We highly recommend it!!!

A flat with a front-facing sea view – first-class in terms of both location and facilities. The changing light colours, electric fireplace and motorised curtains, along with the full Smart Home package, make for a brilliant experience. The superb bathroom, complete with a rain shower, music and changing coloured lighting, ensures relaxation of the highest order. We wholeheartedly recommend it and will definitely be back.

A beautiful view, right on the beach. A comfortable bed. Plenty of coffee capsules, and a full set of kitchen essentials – such as a sponge, washing-up liquid, dishwasher tablets, etc. – which isn’t always the case in holiday flats. A very enjoyable weekend break.

A great location – right by the beach, with a sea view from the front. A modern flat with a fully equipped kitchen. The brilliant Smart feature allowed us to change the atmosphere of the flat. We woke up to the sound of birdsong and fell asleep to the sound of the sea. Additional facilities, such as the swimming pool, sauna and jacuzzi in the building, made our stay even more enjoyable.

I’ve been to Kołobrzeg many times, but I’ll remember this stay for a very long time, mainly because of the absolutely charming place where I stayed. Communication with the owners was flawless; I received replies to my questions almost immediately. All the instructions regarding my stay were very well prepared. The view and the location of the property were perfect.
