Gosań Hill

Gosań Hill (93–95 m above sea level) is a spectacular abrasion cliff and viewpoint in the Wolin National Park – the highest cliff on the Polish coast. A walk from the free car park on Road 102 leads through a picturesque beech forest and covers a distance of around 400 m, ending at the crest of the coastal cliff. At the top is a viewing point offering panoramic views of, amongst others, Międzyzdroje, Świnoujście, the German town of Ahlbeck and the boundless Baltic Sea. An additional attraction is the remains of a former observation tower and bunkers – a part of the region’s military history from the 1950s. It is the perfect place for a short walk with a view, to take photos and to get close to nature – including to watch the sunrise or sunset.
