Międzyzdroje is often associated with its beautiful beach, the pier and walks along the cliffs. But anyone who has spent more than a day here knows that sooner or later the question arises:
Where’s a really good place to eat?
Over the years, we’ve visited many restaurants. Some we only remember for a single season. We return to others regularly, and it’s these places that we most often recommend to our guests.
1. Mollo Restaurant 🌉
A restaurant in the same building, which has recently opened. The beautiful view, friendly service and its proximity to the apartment are its biggest selling points! The atmosphere there is a real holiday vibe!
2. Między Nami Pizzeria 🍞🍕
This place deserves the top spot for several reasons.
Of course, you can enjoy a great pizza here, but the real highlight of the place is the bread baked on the premises. At weekends, the smell of fresh bread can effectively draw in passers-by from the other end of the street.
It’s details like these that make this not just another ordinary pizzeria, but a place you’ll want to return to.
What’s more, it’s a place run by people with tremendous dedication and heart – something you can tell the moment you walk through the door! Do pop in – enjoy your meal!
3. Tiki Bar 🌴
Tiki Bar is one of the most holiday-like spots in Międzyzdroje.
A laid-back vibe, good music, brilliant breakfasts and an atmosphere that makes it easy to lose track of time. It’s the perfect place to start the day or meet up in the evening after a day at the beach.
The tropical interiors and plant-filled décor ensure you won’t forget this place for a long time!
4. Octopus Restaurant 🐙
If you’re looking for somewhere to enjoy a quiet dinner and some slightly more sophisticated flavours, Octopus very often turns out to be just the ticket.
It’s a restaurant that’s particularly highly rated by those looking for something more than your typical seaside lunch.
5. Parkowa Restaurant & Bar 🌳
A place that many guests discover by chance.
And they often return.
Parkowa’s pleasant atmosphere, elegant interior and menu are perfect for both a family lunch and an evening out for two.
6. Złota Rybka 🐟
When you’re by the sea, sometimes you just have to eat fish.
Złota Rybka has been a talking point for years amongst tourists looking for classic seaside flavours and that holiday atmosphere.
No frills.
Just good food and a tried-and-tested spot.
7. Papillon 🦋
One of the most distinctive restaurants in Międzyzdroje.
This place is memorable not only for its food, but also for its unique interior.
Paillon’s elegant details, refined décor and atmosphere make it the perfect choice for a date, an anniversary or a special evening whilst on holiday.
8. Surowe Wnętrze 🍣
Sushi lovers will also find something to their taste.
Surowe Wnętrze stands out for its modern, minimalist design and an atmosphere quite different from that of most seaside restaurants.
It’s the place for those who enjoy modern interiors, Asian flavours and restaurants with character.
9. Port ⚓
This place is well worth a visit, and not just for the food.
The restaurant is housed in a historic building that once served as a coastal rescue station at the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries. Until many years ago, equipment used to rescue shipwreck victims in the Baltic Sea was stored here. Today, it is one of the most distinctive dining spots in Międzyzdroje.
Situated just a few steps from the beach, it attracts both fish lovers and those seeking a unique atmosphere. The menu features oven-baked fish, fried fish, seafood and classic Polish dishes.
If you enjoy places steeped in history and with a seaside charm, PORT should be on your must-visit list.
10. Neptun Restaurant 🌊
One of the most recognisable restaurants in Międzyzdroje. Situated right on the promenade, it has been attracting both tourists and regulars to the town for years. The menu features fish, seafood, pasta, breakfasts and classic Polish dishes. Neptun is a very safe bet if you’re looking for a place that the whole family will enjoy.
11. Restaurant AndaLusia Tapas Bar 🫒
If, after a few days by the Baltic Sea, you fancy something completely different from fish and chips, AndaLusia is just the ticket. Spanish tapas, a relaxed atmosphere and a southern European vibe make it easy to forget that you’re by the Polish seaside.
12. Browar PRIMA BEER & Restaurant Międzyzdroje 🍺
This is an option for those who enjoy discovering local breweries and off-the-beaten-track spots. The restaurant and brewery offers a completely different atmosphere to the typical venues along the promenade. It’s the perfect choice for an evening get-together with friends.
13. Kredens 🏡
Jedno z tych miejsc, które często polecają sobie mieszkańcy i osoby odwiedzające Międzyzdroje regularnie. Kameralna atmosfera, domowy charakter i kuchnia, do której chce się wracać, sprawiają, że Kredens ma grono bardzo wiernych gości.
Bonus: A fish sandwich that’s well worth a detour from the promenade 🐟
It’s not a posh restaurant.
There are no white tablecloths.
You can’t book a table.
And yet, many people return here every time they visit Międzyzdroje.
At the fishing base, you can buy freshly smoked fish, fish spreads and the iconic fish sandwiches, which for many tourists are a must-try during their stay on the Baltic coast.
It is here that you can best experience the authentic fishing atmosphere of Międzyzdroje.
Sometimes the best meal on holiday doesn’t cost a fortune and isn’t served in a restaurant.
Sometimes all you need is fresh fish, a crispy roll and a view of the sea. ❤️
Among the establishments here are the Rybex Fish Fry, the Na Kutrze Fish Fry and other fish stalls by the fishing boats. The fishing harbour itself is one of the most distinctive spots in Międzyzdroje.

The best restaurants are usually not the ones with the biggest adverts.
They’re the places you return to a second, third and fourth time during a single stay.
That’s precisely why these seven places come up so often in our conversations with guests.
